Payment:
When made 6 days or more before the start of the tour, payment by either cash or credit card is acceptable. Credit card transactions are to be made by PayPal* and received via email. In our replying e-mail, we would ask you to confirm the payment method (cash or credit card by PayPal*). From 5 days before and up to the starting day of the tour, payment in cash only is acceptable and will be asked for just before the tour commences.

*PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. In 2002, PayPal became a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay.

Cancellation policy:
In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees would be applied respectively:
4 to 5 days before the tour: 30% of the total tour fee
2 to 3 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour fee
1 day before or on the same day of the tour: 100% of the total tour fee (no refund)
If the payment has been completed by credit card, refund would be made by remittance to your bank account, minus a deduction for the necessary bank charges. For example, in the case of a 50% refund, you would receive 50% of the paid amount minus bank charges.
